Senior Front End Developer (CMS Expert)
Hashe is seeking a Senior Front End Developer with expertise in WordPress and other CMS platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, HubSpot CMS, Shopify, Duda, Webflow, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting designs from PSD to various CMS themes, ensuring clean and professional code that adheres to W3C standards. The ability to achieve excellent Google Speed scores and work independently without micromanagement is crucial.

Responsibilities:
- Convert PSD designs into WordPress and other CMS themes
- Implement bug fixes and perform customizations in WordPress
- Utilize advanced features of WordPress, including custom post types and advanced custom fields
- Execute WordPress database queries effectively
- Ensure excellent Page Speed performance
- Apply Twitter Bootstrap framework to build responsive and mobile-friendly websites
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of jQuery for interactive elements
- Adhere to W3C standards for code quality and compliance
- Customize WordPress themes to meet client requirements
- Develop themes from scratch based on provided HTML designs
- Transform HTML/CSS code into functional WordPress themes
- Produce cross-browser and cross-platform compatible websites
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Convert PSD designs to pixel-perfect HTML/CSS code
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility across major browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera)
- Stay updated with HTML5 and CSS3 standards
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Proficiency in creating or customizing plugins
- Ability to write PHP code
- Excellent communication skills in English
