Job Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Provide strategic technical leadership and vision to develop and implement IT solutions that bridge the company’s business needs.
- Align technology initiatives with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Define and implement the tech stack for our software solutions.
Software Development and Architecture:
- Oversee the end-to-end software development process, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
- Lead the architecture and design of software applications, ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and prioritize software development.
Team Management and Mentoring:
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, including developers, architects, and quality assurance engineers.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and processes.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project management and operations, to align technology initiatives with business requirements.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to establish strategic partnerships and expand our product offerings.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership and Communication:
- Outstanding leadership qualities with proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Project Management:
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the Software Solutions Architect will manage multiple projects that are assigned. This includes but is not limited to project planning, resource allocation, risk management, budget oversight, quality assurance, documentation, reporting, change management, and internal/ external stakeholder management. This holistic approach ensures successful project delivery alongside architectural expertise.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a minimum of 10 years of software development experience, including finance-related software and technologies.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of PHP and its frameworks (Laravel and CodeIgniter mainly), Node.Js, Angular.Js, React.Js, and WordPress.
- Strong technical skills in software development, architecture, and system integration.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and practices.
- Experience of AWS and Server administration would be an advantage.
