Hashe is looking for an EXPERT IT Technical Solution Architect to develop and implement the solutions to bridge the company’s business needs. As a successful Technical Solution Architect you must be an expert at speaking both ‘business; language with the clients and ‘technical’ language with the developers. You will be responsible for developing a complete architecture for a software solution and offering strategic direction all through the development phase. Preparing sustainable solutions for complex projects, guiding and mentoring technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• The primary role of a technical solutions architect will be to identify issues within our technology stack and carefully spell out the solutions.
• Part of the role is about fixing issues, and part of it is explaining to company stakeholders why they are experiencing problems and the options open to them for solving them.
• Accumulating business requirements, learning its specifications, and performing with stakeholders to deliver the expected solution.
• Developing and implementing IT systems architecture that fulfills the planned business needs.
• Continuously monitoring the activities during the project development
• Provide guidance and technical training to the development team regularly.
• Continuous research of current and emerging technologies and give solutions to update the software where needed
• Monitor the activities of the development team and provide them with solutions if any issues arise.
• Communicating updates to the clients on project development, timeline, cost, and budget
• Monitoring & Managing resources and time consumption on projects

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of PHP and its frameworks( i.e Laravel and CodeIgniter), Node.Js, Angular.Js, React.Js and WordPress.
• Proven experience as a Solution architect
• BS/Masters’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate the complexities of projects
• Sound knowledge of various programming languages and databases.
