Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive management and department heads to understand their key responsibilities and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Source and attract top talent in the IT industry, matching job requirements to company needs. Utilize various recruitment platforms like Indeed, Jobee, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with industry best practices and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and take proactive initiatives for their well-being and organizational enhancement.
- Design and implement a robust performance appraisal system, tracking and fostering employee growth and development.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records.
- Manage payroll and handle finance-related matters within the organization.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the organization.
Requirements:
- A track record of successful HR management in the IT/Software industry.
- Strong communication skills for effective leadership and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability for sound decision-making.
- Proficiency in using Google products such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices.
- An MBA in HR is preferred.
