• Develop and implement HR policies that align with industry best practices and promote a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• A track record of successful HR management in the IT/Software industry.
• Strong communication skills for effective leadership and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability for sound decision-making.
• Proficiency in using Google products such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices.
• An MBA in HR is preferred.
