Job Summary: 

Hashe Computer Solutions is seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading our organic growth strategy by improving search engine visibility, managing online marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the execution of best SEO and digital marketing practices. The applicant should have a strong technical background in SEO, and experience with PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase online visibility
• On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Execute on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, keyword research) and off-page SEO (link building, guest posting, directory submissions)
• Technical SEO: Conduct site audits, identify technical issues, and implement solutions to enhance website performance, speed, and crawlability
• Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to ensure the production of keyword-optimized content (blogs, web pages) that resonates with our target audience
• Google Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics such as rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI. Use Google Analytics and other tools for data-driven decision-making
• Keyword Research: Perform extensive keyword research to discover new ranking opportunities and improve content relevance
• PPC Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns using Google Ads and/or other platforms
• Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute social media marketing strategies, driving engagement and generating leads
• Competitor Analysis: Perform regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the current SEO and marketing strategy
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content, web development, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and technical excellence
• Local SEO: Focus on enhancing local search presence, optimizing Google My Business profiles, and managing local listings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and HTML/CSS
• Tools: Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and similar
• PPC Management: Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, including keyword research, budgeting, and ROI tracking
• Content Optimization: Experience in content marketing and optimization for search engines
• Social Media Marketing: Experience in leveraging social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for audience engagement and lead generation
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret key metrics, and create actionable insights
• Certifications: Google Ads certification or other relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred
